What we collect
If you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, the approximate amount you might invest and your area of interest, if you choose to give them. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details.
Why we use it
To tell you about new Apportion Real Estate investment opportunities, and to understand what investors are interested in. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records anonymous page views without cookies. It does not identify you personally.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host this website, store waitlist sign-ups and send email. They process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for up to three years after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent. Email hello@apportionrealestate.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
